XXXIII Publishing is the only literary operation with an open, formally documented, cryptographically verifiable provenance standard for prose fiction. Every word published under XXXIII has been hashed, Merkle-treed, and anchored immutably on Polygon Mainnet with no admin keys, no upgrade paths, and no ability for anyone — including the author — to alter the anchored record.

The Author

About Kidd James

Kidd James is the pen name of Kevan Burns, a writer and technologist based in Norcross, Georgia. Burns is the author of three literary works investigating financial belief systems — Private Placement Programs, cryptocurrency scam architectures, and the chain-letter economics of global financial fraud.

Burns designed and implemented the LPS-1 (Literary Provenance Standard version 1) protocol, the first formally documented, openly licensed specification for cryptographic provenance in literary publishing. The protocol has been registered with a DOI, cited in academic contexts, and is available for use by any author under the MIT license.

Burns holds an ORCID identifier (0009-0008-8425-939X) and is identifiably associated with all works published under the XXXIII imprint.
